Welcome to Planify AI. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Planify AI is a productivity and organizational tool powered by artificial intelligence. It is NOT a medical device, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach cannot treat ADHD, severe burnout, depression, or any other mental health conditions. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.

1. Description of Service

Planify AI provides an AI-powered daily planner, habit tracker, and virtual coaching companion to help users organize their tasks. We offer a Free Basic tier and a paid Planify PRO tier with advanced features.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Planify PRO is billed on a subscription basis (monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Your PRO access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Planify AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to generate, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates our safety guidelines. Our backend utilizes automated moderation tools; attempting to bypass these tools or abusing the AI may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planify AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or emotional distress, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

5. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (or any part of it) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
