• Account Information: When you sign in using Google, we collect your email address and basic profile information (like your name) to create and secure your account.
• Usage Data & App Content: We store the goals, challenges, daily plans, and mood reflections you provide in the app. This allows your AI coach to remember your progress.
• Chat History: Your conversations with the Planify Companion are temporarily processed to provide context-aware coaching.
• Payment Information: If you upgrade to Planify PRO, your payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and personalize the Planify AI experience. Your data allows the AI to generate customized daily plans and provide empathetic coaching based on your specific needs.

3. Third-Party Services & AI Processing

To provide our services, we use trusted third-party providers:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: Used for secure payment processing.
• OpenAI: Used to power the AI coaching and planning features. Important: We use OpenAI's API. Under OpenAI's strict data privacy policies, data sent via their API is not used to train their public AI models. Your private thoughts remain private.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can completely and permanently delete your account, along with all associated data, directly inside the Planify AI app via the "Settings" menu -> "Erase All Data".
